Our Roots
Our strength lies not only in the words we stand by, but most importantly in the actions of our initiatives. From the moment we started our work in June 2023, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch Northern NM Recreation and Outdoor Conservation Foundation. We strive to make a positive change in all of our pursuits for the youth of Northern New Mexico. Chapter 1 in Chama New Mexico
Our Mission
Our Foundation is devoted to providing opportunities to improve the quality of life for the youth of Northern New Mexico. We do this by providing Recreation, STEAM, Literature, and Outdoor Conservation programs and activities.

Providing Recreation Opportunities to ensure our youth of Northern N.M. live a healthy and exciting life. Ensuring our youth have the resources to create their next adventure

Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math
The Northern N.M. R.O.C foundation is dedicated to providing STEAM opportunities and mobile technology etiquette education to the youth of Northern New Mexico. One of the projects we are working on is a 3D Printing program!
Outdoor Conservation
Empowering Others
Our foundation is here to ensure our youth is spending more time playing outside and being stewards of the Earth. Protecting and learning about Nature is the key to our kids living their best life.

This summer(2024) for the month of July we hosted the 1st PED Summer reading program! Summer reading is so important and valuable.
